Normal la to be sceptical on day 1. Price inches higher and higher during sceptical time. Up to a point when everybody realises the move is real and all jump in at higher prices. Cut production is major policy shift. Oil n oil stocks will create new highs in coming days.

The big picture is still descending. Lower lows soon.

Should buy flavor of the day stocks or flavor of the week's. Steel stocks hit the peak in the morning and should go downhill from here. Obviously the hype is not sustainable. For comcorp, just expect a shallow rebound then volume should disappear soon. Can target for a quick technical rebound trade. Holding is very risky as the downside is great. It came up from very low price base and the latest EPS has wobbled. Buying an inactive stock is like going to wait in an empty stadium to watch a football game. It's not a smart move. For long term investing, should go in when the trend has been established. No matter how good the fundamental is as market is inefficient. Stocks can stay undervalued for a very long time. Liihen stayed undervalued like 2 yrs before the big move. Never go in a downtrending stock waiting for it to recover. Catch the trend in uptrend even though it is not a bottom.

Serious correction on the card

Either you are a short term traders or long term investors, always set a cut loss point around 5 to 7% of yr entry price. This way you do not open yrselves to nasty downside surprises. When you got it right, let it move. "Cut your losses short, let your profits run".

Fast growing companies shud hv increasing EPS quarter after quarter without fail. When comintel last quarter EPS hit a bump, it raises a serious question that it is not what it seemed. That was why some long term holder willing to throw 10,000 lots at 0.78 at the opening bell. Then you know what? Selling pressure continued thru out the day without rebound. There is a possibility or a window of possibility that this EPS could continue for another 3 quarters: 1.2 x 4 = 5. With PE of 8, ultimate TP = 40 sen. This was enough for people to hit the EXIT. This is the very reason of the huge gap down n persistent selling pressure thru out friday.

Small company only if make 2mil in 3 months. Big companies making 20, 30 mil. Comintel going back to 40 cents over time. Mark my word.

Short term players limit their losses to between 5 and 12 cents. Long term players could lose over 40 cents. This comintel profit only 2mil per quater. Play stock market can get more than that per quarter. The price should go back to 40 cents over 6 months. Not so smart aren't you VenFx? If the business is improving quarterly PE should improve as well. This just shows comintel only hegeh-hegeh cukup makan only. It doesnt deserve even 70 sen.

Looks like another sleepless night for venfx n the gang. We need to admit our mistake n undo it quickly. Sell n lift the stress. Use the remaining cash to fight another day. Lose the battle but win the war.
