Announce bonus issue at RM1.5 by Q4,22. Short 30% bounce to RM1.80 at PE 12 from FY22 earnings. Sound very reasonable. But hv to wait until 2023.

U compare with Fintec. 150M and 720M profit.

The main cause of the plunging price in announcement date is the methodology of computing the new exercise price of the PA, lowering it from 20c to 14c to benefit the insiders who r holding a big chunk of the PA. It takes 2 to tango, the insiders manipulate the PA exercise price n u failed to explain the true picture here on the true cause of the plunging price. 2 wrongs wont make a right to enlighten the ignorant minor shareholders.

MFRS allows accrued accounting. Result is we get Serba Dinamik and Transmile.

All these monkey shows rooted from classification of trade receivables/payable. Fatty Liew go buy his cronies beer also can put as trade receivables. In the book, it says NoEmo owes him money. 6 quarters later, it will written off as bad debt. In between, we have neonstrife cheering "woohooo, increase trade receivables! net trade receivables > net payable".

U go see what happen to SD and SCIB. Same trick. What makes this trick a double whammy to investors. The beer that Fatty Liew paid has already expensed in cash flow statement and it's gone. But the money in trade receivables dunno when can collect. When it's written off, it's gone too. =D

If its get bloodied even further. The PE drops lower.

This dumb people here. Don't even know how to see PE. PE drop because of increase in income. (real income ya, not those nobody seems to know where it comes from) then it's good news. But PE drop because price drop. It's bad news.

Are you gonna scrutinize why a DHT11 sensor that cost USD2 becomes USD200 or USD3 ESP32 controller becomes USD3000. You are better off investing in Espressif Systems's just like how I encourage people to invest in Bitmain instead of Bitcoin.
