Ultimate goal can not achieve because majority shareholder is rejected. Iwcity too high risk anytime to delisted furthermore Knutsford shareholder will rejected their share price is 0.845 why need to merge by ekovest? With a discount price 0.245. Institution also not interested in ekovest share I think because whole group all is running losses.

Share price during 2022 is 1.60 earning per share is 2.38

So compare to this two year q1 now the share price is 0.815 can earn 1.38 per share
Last year price is 1.60 only can earn 2.38
So now the share price is more worth than last year. How many company can be 1 share 0.815 but give you 1.38 earning in one share? If 0.82 you buy 2 share you get 2.76 return is more better than 2022 1.60 you get 2.38
