Yeah thats why emotion must be strong during investments. U cannot be myopic and simply follow other ppl throwing, but to make good rational decisions.

Market sentiment is bad, of course all drop no matter how good the company is. But if a company with strong FA and insider news brewing, for sure the directors will be supporting it.

No, Lim Pei Tiam is buying up more shares as the Tay Kim Hau is going to retire from board of directors soon. Now 2nd largest share holder is LPT after Tay Kim Huat. So now Kim Huat has abt 400,000 shares left in hand only.

Also, the opening price of the warrants will also be determined by the last trading price of the parent share prior to ex date? As such, the quotation price of Warrants will be 40sen ( if mum were to be RM 1.40) ? If we put in a premium of at least 30% vs mum price, the warrants will worth at least 82sen? wow...!

Well, u need not have to buy in full lots if u cannot afford. U can buy partial or odd lots.

The soon to be released Q4 2015 results on Aug 28th is greatly anticipated with a bonus issue at least. If not, the EPS is projected to be 92sen will be a great blessing.
