Regarding your question, i had tried to understand it. Below is my most logical answer:

Btw 1645:00 to 1644:59 Hours, this period is called the best buy / best sell period. The best buyer bid will usually get the price to be transacted as the closing price. However, it also depends on the amount of sellers and the price of sellers.

Usually during this period, u will see ridiculous pricing btw the bidders and ask. These are constructed to show ppl's interest in getting the piece of stock ( or selling it). However, these bidders and askers can be fake as they usually are masked by those stock operators trying to push the price higher or lower before closing. They will emerge as suddent enourmous amount of buyers at very high price when the price at 1644hours was low. This will lead to us small fried to think that there really are genuine buyers then. However, when the bidding is about to end at 1650hours, these buyers ( or sellers) can suddenly disappear and u who had placed yr orders will be trapped.

Good growth stock and trading at a discount to its intrinsic value. Undervalued currently
