The share price has appreciated by almost 45% since the announcement of propose mainboard listing. So, it is logical that ppl took profit. When ppl took profit, herd reaction followed. Panic selling followed. It is true that TTM operating profit droped by almost 9%. TTM net cash flow from operation also reduces almost by half due to increase in receivable. However, this is just the 1st. half of the game. We still have 2nd half to play catch up. Sometimes delay in billing or late payment can cause a bad quarter report. Unless you have made > 30% I dun see the reason of disposing. I dun think it'll drift any lower. It's oversold and ppl have started collecting.

Insider continue accumulating. The coming quarter result should be v.g.

Illogical. When push up they dun wan too many resistance. Many ppl sell means more resistance. May be redistribution of portfolio. Pulling out some gains to somewhere else.

@newdesk. After reading your earlier comment twice i got your point. Market cap is increased. May be KSL is upgraded from small cap to midcap (again need your input on this). More fund managers will be interested in KSL. The company's status has changed compared to share split that change nothing. True, I should have looked further instead of just focus on short term shareholder's benefit. Thanks again. I under estimated you coz so far you kept low profile & never give any educative comment.

If no. of share is doubled (in this case), isn't the equity per share reduced by half? As I know ( i might be wrong ) the difference are:
Share split: doesn't cost company money.
Bonus share: company has to pay according to par value of share for the enlarged share capital.
Hence, bonus share can be seem as reward. The final outcome for shareholders is still the same; increase in no. of share held but total value remain unchanged.

Different counters reponse differently. All dependant on the sharehoders' behaviour, I guess. Gkent share price also didn't move when bonus announced. It only started moving on 1stAug (bonus exdate was 27thAug). After exdate keep dropping.

It is undeniable that it will appear to be more attractive and encourage further price hike. Again, when price appreciation rate is higher than value appreciation then it become less attractive to value investors.

Aiya.... The price is reduced by half but the value also reduces accordingly..... Just like giving u two $5 notes instead of one $10 note.

@firestar23. I think they will fix the exprice for WB in such a way that it will not destroy the attractiveness of WA.

Investing in MRCB is investing in future earning. We layman are not v.g in seeing what is goig to happen in the future. If you trust LTH then buy loh.

@dragonball2014. You can read the WA proflle. This new proposal will be almost the same thing. So, new shares & warrants will be issued to the 'Vendor'. Existing MRCB shareholders will be given free warrant.

@profithunter. The WA was issued for the earlier aquisition of 70% of PJ Sentra. The recent proposal (could be WB) is for the acquisition of the remaining 30% of PJ Sentra.

Investors are advised to do their own reserch but not follow forumers' buy & sell calls. The same ppl are calling buy & sell to create up & down in share price. Those follow will eventually notice all their money ended up in these ppl's pockets.

My earlier statement clearly indicated that I am not intended to teach ppl or give advise coz I am award that I am not in the position to do so. I also didn't say that my TP is 0.48. I say it's dependant on the subsequent Q result.

SS661M We are investors. We only invest if we are convinced with results. We can always buy back if more potential is presented to us. There's nothing wrong buying & selling. Even the directors are doing so. If we sell then we must be prepared to buy at higher cost.
