Yeah, they are generous in distributing dividend every quarterly. The dividend yield and dividend payout ratio is absolutely amazing.

I do agree with auditorandconsultant that BAT is good for long term investment. But it would be another added value if they can maximise the profit with Regulation.

With Regulation, BAT can maximise their Vape Profit. Without Regulation, everyone can go sell in the market. There is about 3k+ Vape Seller in the market, so how you justify that BAT is more competitive advantage compare to the others?

Look at the Gross Profit Margin in Q1 & Q2, there is a 3% decrease from 23% to 20% only. This prove that significant increase in cost doesn’t affect the overall profitability of the company. I do agree with Wok that production utilization is important. Hope that they can increase the rate efficiently.

Mmc declared dividend at 3.5 cent yesterday on 01/04/21 & Ex Date on 02/06/21. There's 2 months gap there. Why?

Personally think that election and B40 Group have nothing to do with BAT's financial performance. If they do care about votings in the coming election, they should have comply with the enforcement to collect more taxes. In fact, they can show the results of curbing the tobacco black market to public to gain more votings.
