I am not accountant/auditor, anyway, I checked annual report, in 2016 AR, it did record rm33, 000,000 term loan under bank borrowings.
So I believe that the loan from RHB is included under current liabilities.
Sad to see many negative news and comments regarding AGES recently.

Tomorrow AGES likely will drop, last week already witnessed large volume of 0.155,0.15,0.145 sold.

Anyway this time they one shot announced the LOI and JV.

Sounds real.

I think in last announcement, they annouced that they will export from Sabah which does not need AP from Federal.
Meanwhile, from the annoucement earlier that this, they said will cooperate with Polo trading specialist.
So is either they seeking cooperation with many parties as they mentioned, or they changed their strategy, to export from Sabah only.
Many questions left unanswered and the reason people are not convinced.

Legasi Lestari is one of 11 companies in Malaysia that holds registered approved permits (AP) to export river sand and other minerals to Brunei, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong, India, Japan, and the Maldives.


Means after kanger teams up with legasi lestari, they can export minerals once there is order?

Anyway, if kanger can jv with sand AP holder despite no contract yet, why it sounds difficult for AGES to jv with sand AP holder?

* I still doubt if can proceed with sand export without federal AP.

BTW-my mistake above, not contract, is LOI and purchase order.

hi, i am newbies here and have been following comments from all sifus here since early May.

from announcement made yesterday:

"The Joint Venture will be relying on the said special approval letter dated 7 October 2019 from Chief Minister Department of Sabah to export sand. As such, BDSB does not require the approved permit from the Energy and Resources Ministry for the export of sand."

this is suspicious and not convincing because
- according to Custom (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2017 by Attorney General's chambers, it stated that all natural sands export to any country need permit from Natural Resources and Energy Ministry. no exemption listed in this order.
- no such news/legislation found online regarding power of chief minister to approve such permit
( i search up to Perlembagaan Persekutuan under Senerai Persekutuan, Negeri, Bersama) ; but who knows there may be changes which i dont know.

i sincerely hope everyone here can earn from AGES but advice is to becareful also.
