It looks like ALP is mislead into Property Development by ICDM "Island Circle Development (M) Sdn Bhd, whose two major shareholders are Chen Cheong Fat (65%) and Rasli Musamah (35%)"
All will be forgiven if ALP can delivered the JPP with the promised profit and use the Dividend received from JPP to clean the book of JAKS and start giving out dividend to JAKS shareholders.

Parking now 100% JAKS yg punya of cos JAKS la yg decide
Not bail out sbb JIC incurred a loss dan market value by independent valuer
Nikmon 1.the ccc was not issue yet, who obligate to complete it? The prolong construction will cost more, does factor in the buy price.
2.any LAD portion will transfer to jaks, since some car park allocated to residence and office, it has been delay 3-4 years
3. Who act on the interest of jaks when decide the parking rate?
4. No explain on the delay, then bailing out, who accountable to the delay?
