If I may comment on the Q2 result.The recent few acquisitions supposedly contribute to the bottom line. I can see top line improved. Bottom line not that good.Why??? Overly confident by the management???

Hello there AK $$..I ve not make any comments yet at Pesona's forum. Talking abt good growth stock.Its getting difficult to source.Better to target concept stocks. 1993 boom was on timber stocks. 1995 to 1997 2nd board counters.2000 to 2001 IT related concept stocks.Thus called the Dot.Com boom.2002 to current oil and gas stocks.Thats where I scouted Uzma.Time to move on.Question is what will be the next concept stocks??????

Hi ahmadr! Hi AK$$.... I m still holding Pesona. This counter consistently has been securing projects.I was told a few more projects with "more meat" about to be secured. The intriguing news about Pesona has to be its largest and controlling shareholder buying into Takaso Bhd!!!
As for Uzma I ve sold most of holdings during those series of announcements made over a period of 1 month prior to Ex Rights right up to the EGM.I personally felt one of the acquisition not up to my investment expectation tenets.

Coverage on this share is so minimal by analyst.Does not matter.We in the know will buy as much as we can afford to do so.By the time interest picks up the share price will spike even more. .14 cents dividend every year cant go wrong with current valuations.

Tanjung Baram Small Field Risk Service Contract...Very reliable source has indicated to me some interesting facts and figures. I would like to share with all Uzma supporters. As we know the contract is for 9 years duration.Production and oil flow scheduled for 2015. Conservative production figure as I was told will be around 2000 bpd(barrel per day).3000 bpd figure was mentioned too. Current crude price lets put it at around figure of USD100 per barrel.Simple calculation.... 2000bpd x 365 days x 9 years x USD100 per barrel. The fund raising via RI on the basis of 1 for 1 at .75 will enlarge Uzma's current paid up from 132 million shares to 264 million shares.Bulk of the fund will be for biz expansion.The recent RSC contract a clear example.Uzma's current debt level or ratio is among the lowest in the industry.Njue76 at .75 the RI pricing is a steal!!!!

Alphajack...according to my calculation this contract will garner another 1 to 1.50 to Uzma's share price. The 1 for 1 RI at .75 cents will be so so attractive now!!! With the just concluded OTC theme emphasizing on marginal oil fields it will be a boon for Uzma to get more RSCs!!! This kind of write up is hard to come by even not by research houses covering this stock.
Question...The hype over the impending award of projects by PETRONAS especially in relation to RSC/EOR/CEOR,jobs which Uzma has on its tender book.Whats holding up the announcement???? Fine!It takes careful evaluation and detail processing before the award.But we ve been kept in the dark most of the time until write up appear to enlighten us.For Uzma if they are successful in securing.Well done!! I will be more comfortable if Uzma can secure awards pertaining to or related to oil field chemical.Uzma is turning to be a force in the oil field chemical turf! Its about time to flex your muscles Uzma!!
Remember guys the contract Uzma signed with PETRONAS Carigali on the PMUs.This is going to be significant.Maybe we can ask John Loh to do another write up in future on the PMUs.
Last but not least I agree with alphajack when he commented that Uzma is undervalued,share price do not reflect company biz and the share price does not reflect the impending contract.
