Query Letter Contents
We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 22 May 2020, in respect of the aforesaid matter.



In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

Enrich’s date of incorporation, principal activities and date of commencement of operations.
The names of directors and major shareholders of Enrich, and their respective shareholdings therein.
To name the authorities/parties from whom approvals/licenses are required to be obtained, expected date of submission to these authorities/parties, and expected timeframe for obtaining such approvals/licenses.
To breakdown the amount of cash and number of securities to be issued in satisfaction of the amount to be paid to Enrich, the issue price of the securities, basis for the issue price.
In respect of the cash portion of the consideration, the terms of payment, Orion's sources of funding, and the breakdown.
To state the type of securities in Orion to be issued in satisfaction of the total amount to be paid to Enrich.
The basis of arriving at the consideration of RM130 million to be paid to Enrich, other than on a “willing buyer willing seller basis”.
