2. Why private placement shares supposed to be done on Jan 2020 were brought forward in Nov 2019 and taken up at 1.89 sen?

3. Why from Dec 2019 to March 2020 Employees of Netx bought a whopping 260 million Netx shares from 2 sen to 1.75 sen?
