u ask urself mr calv, actually everyone does know also, about ur intention to post blogs comments. another will be ur never ending posts to defend, create an atmosphere that only u talk about the facts.

ur points may be right some time, but u have excessively emphasize on that until u ignore all the very hardcore n real risks abt netx, which i think is the case we should really look into, not the nfcp will benefit netx bcos that still remain unknown, where the facts how company acted on rights issue, losing money, ... are all proven facts
u are like trying to cover the risk factors, only emphasize ur boasted assumption, any lawful investment institutes act in this way??? moreover, dont forget u have direct personal advantages when readers act according to ur bias comments.

our malaysia laws wont allow stock recommendation that purposely created for any individual or party to rake in profit by manipulating stock prices, unusual market activity, especially for personal gains that victimize the public interest via methods including but not limited to bias recommendation, misleading, misguiding, or even cheating certain target group that so called the victims.

investing is not betting, so it's ok to miss out some suspicious ever-losing companies
missing the boat is not just missing simply, but we do our risk profile judgement to evaluate all the risk factors
if at the end we find out that we rather miss the boat than face high risk losing our money, we drop out this promoter's crying for buy-in.
many good shares with calculative and good chances to double up in line with its profit gains, not that one being promoted would be fried up to heaven but ends up suffering in hell.

nfcp is for fiberisation. netx has got no fibre, but if the skill for fibre installation still on hands, where're these workers, all married n jump ship to other better compny
the skill may not be applied to todays tech n it of things
upgrade own website took a month to complete, other companies take a few overnights that dont disturb customers at daytime
