The warrant matured on 17 sep if not mistaken.
PTRANS must start share buy back after getting approval from share holder on upcoming AGM 20 may.
So around 4 months to perform share buy back.
Before they start share buy back, maybe stock price will up to a certain degree first because of the share buy back news released upon getting the approval on AGM, IF approve la.

PTRANS has 70+M cash in hand.
If we raise the average buy back price to 0.3
the cost needed is 142M*0.3=42.6M

Share buy back can boost the share price, which is the top priority of PTRANS now, because the higher share price will lead to the warrant holder to exercise the warrant. PTRANS can get more capital.
I did some maths, It can buy back up to 142M (10percent of outstanding share), which if we assume average buy back price 0.22, the total cash paid for share buy back is 142M*0.22=31.24M
and if it leads to all warrant holder exercise their warrant, 531.4M of warrant times 0.235, PTRANS will get 124.8M.
