VIZIONE – Officially the “Special” One

1. Wira Syukur Sdn Bhd (WSSB) to be injected into VIZIONE for RM280 through new share issuance of VIZIONE and cash. Sounds familiar like a Reverse Aqcuisition ? ;)

Well then lets look into WSSB!

2. WSSB has been has been executing PPR( PROGRAM PERUMAHAN RAKYAT) for plenty of years; These PPR contracts are not your typical affordable homes contract like ‘PPA1M/ PR1MA/ RUMAH Selangorku’ which can be secured by any Tom Dick & Harry. These are contracts only which Bumi Contractors can typically secure whereby STRONG “CABLES” are needed – via direct nego basis.

3. WSSB have an outstanding RM3.5B of contracts from ongoing jobs and some from letter of intents. With the assumption of 7% Net Profit Margin on RM1.0B revenue for FY19, projecting FY19 net profit of RM70M is likely to be achieved.

4. Take note that WSSB has provided RM82m profit guarantee spread out between FY18 and FY19, which sets a ‘floor’ profit level. Also, this shows that the management is very confident on their company as well.

5. Based on FY19 PER of 11x on after dilution EPS of 1.5sen, VIZIONE easily valued at RM0.17. However as market see fits, RM0.17 is not even a resistance or hurdle to pass. Personally, hope that VIZIONE will be traded above RM0.25.

6. Technically Broke resistance of RM0.14, This breakout was accompanied by a higher than average traded volume which shows the enthusiasm of the traders to push the price higher and past this resistance hence giving a higher probability of a successful breakout. First support level at RM0.135.
