ozzie Hi, did not expect this trend today and simon was also right in his prediction. Will be holding this one for at least 2 more Q's.
At the moment can only hope for world market to stabilize and KLSE has a good support level @ 1770.

If the price wanted to go down, it would have been so in the past few days when the whole index was plummeting. On my personal view, did not see any drastic changes downwards for this counter. Just my 2 cents.

It will be good if they can announce early about their reinvestment than there will be some confidence from investors to hold on or not, unless they want buy rest of the shares and keep it for themselves and be happy with it.

A long short, but sometimes need confidence of our own economy too and how it's doing comparatively to the others. When Dow is shooting up like nobodies business, KLSE was not doing so but when come down, it does need to follow suit.
Looking at GDP we are not so bad since recovering from the last recession. Not bad around 5% comparing with some developed countries still struggling @ 1-2 %.
But our GDP can be better if can cut down on corruption, cronyism and close end contracts (OSA) than why not our stock market cannot sustain drastic downfalls from developed countries.
Hope and looking forward IFCA will be able to withstand all this for time being.

persie, if you follow the 1/10/14 announcement, directors and major share holders have taken an undertaking not to transfer or dispose their shares in a manner not to detract or frustrate the takeover.

Good for the company prospect, venturing and making inroads in other countries. This is for long term profitability and investment.
Also looking forward not only on tomorrows budget but also their Q3 announcement on Nov 6.

As mentioned on their 24th Sept announcement, they have entered a conditional sales and purchase agreement (SPA) and payment should be made on cash basis after the completion of the SPA. Will have to wait for announcement, if they have completed.

Well, the best thing will be.............. if they are not going to reinvest............63 million return back to share holders............0.87/share and why not? Without any dividend. Lagi bagus.

Once they finalize the sale. It will go to PN16 (until decision is made where they are going to invest), that means anyone whom want to buy this share is with cash.
Does not mean is bad, only not to manipulate its fair value.

Hi everyone, got to understand one thing. Fair value is 0.87. After dividend ( if proposed @ 0.30) will go down to 0.57.
There is no difference @ what price you buy. Once the dividend is given, the price will be adjusted.
What will be more important.....
1) Price to go up to 0.87
2) For it to move to that level, hope they can make an early and wonderful announcement on how
they are going to invest the 63 million.
3) Better still, if they are not going to invest and return back the 63 million to share holders ,
than the price will be @ 0.87 (based on 63 million).
At the moment I have no idea what the major share holders are thinking. Will be good, if they themselves support the price.
Also trade with caution. If not holding that much than ok. Thinking of cutting lost, must make a decision. If can hold on than have to wait for news.

At the moment, clean profit 63 million=0.87/share after all sold. Fair value.
Let them come out how they want to reinvest for a better profit margin and increase the confidence level for the share holders.
They have been transparent so fa (by my own evaluation)

Everyone has got their own strategies to invest. Some invest for certain period before pulling out, some play daily to either make a quick buck or loose one and some wait for T=3/T+4 whether they make or break or cut lost.

ok, lets think for a while.
63 million(clean profit)= works out about 0.87/share.
If I pay 0.30(dividend)=,Rm3,0000, the price will come down to 0.57(fair value).
The thing is this, no matter what if declare 0.30 dividend, the share price will go down that much, ie. from 0.87 to 0.57.
What I'm looking forward is(if at all it happens/should happen).
1) will be good, if they are going to tell us how they are going to utilize the 63 million to invest (than the share price will appreciate from 0.57, after dividend to a higher level) .
2) The price to appreciate towards a fair value of 0.87.

Now they are selling the company. Not bad at all warrant conversion to mother share, still in the money if you want to convert.
