Quite clear the market does not like the CEO or current board action. Some wild thought is temporary for CEO to step aside for a few months and have a management committee to run the business until dust settle.

Corporate comm needs a change. Not convincing at all. Need someone like Tony Fernández to steer clear from the woods.

Potentially if some bridge can be built to reconnect back with KPMG and complete the audit, this will be helpful. Spent less on legal fees. But this remain wishful but possible. Current team need to take a simple bold move now.

Who is able to advise whether these issues raised by KPMG are not new issues. Thought some of them were raised in past year annual report?

Take a step back, could it be some disagreement between CFO and external. Auditor (noticed that there is change of audit partner)? Not sure what is the stand of Audit Committee?

Perhaps, would it help if one made apace change in CFO and let KPMG complete the audit? Maybe Audit Committee Chair should comment if they are allowed.

Sad to see this episode. Hope the company can.be great again if the dark cloud moves.
