And not 100% would be accurate but thank God, so far has been pretty chun. Even PTRB which I was caught in the sell down initially, I manage to escape with a small gain. no squeezing in PSCs

You need to understand that Petronas PSCs are totally redesigned and relooked from ground up in 1997.
Prior to 1997, Petronas actually used the templates from EPMI & Shell.

Reason is to encourage International OnGs to bring to market marginal oil fields within Malaysia.

If nothing is done, no one will develop these types of oilfields.
This 1997 Petronas reinvented PSC was a great success.
and oil boom revenues for all Malaysians.

You still don't get It, do you. It does not matter if it is a JV or Contractor lah. Any company will look at their own interest first. Not only happen here in Malaysia. Even koboi companies do the same. But once the contract is signed and sealed, everything will abide by what is in the contract. But in Indonesia, they don't play by the rule. Go and study more lah. Already told you that before. So, don't come and tell me as if you know more about oil business than me. 🤣🤣🤣

Its totally not possible to do any squeezing in Petronas PSCs, more than 200 signed, its very detailed and clear cut who pays for what.

That is why I said, you don't have any idea on O&G. Squeezing the contractors happen everywhere. All companies will try to squeeze their sub contractor as much as possible so that they could lessen their expenditure. No lah? But for PETRONAS, once a contract is awarded, they don't change their policy to take advantage. That is why those PSC still flock to PETRONAS for jobs. You don't even have any idea what is happening in Pertamina. 🤣🤣🤣
