no one will got bitten if everyone stick on the fundamental. Fundamental never changes. The downtrend few days a go, it just price fluctuation. Price correction is healthy. The price fluctuation so bad because panic sell from investor when judgement affected by fear. If everyone hold during that time, the price should not have dropped so much.When something good dropped untill so undervalued, somebody will buy if u dont . No one will got bitten after the price rebound.

Aramco (one of the world biggest oil companies) willing to pay USD2 billion for 30% stake of 260 kbpd refinery plant in china

30% of 260 kbpd is 78kbpd. USD2 billion = RM8 billion for a new refinery plant in China.

Hengyuan current market capital is RM4.29 billion (based on current price of RM14.30) for a rated capacity of 125k bpd.

Hengyuan is complex refinaries. Main product is diesel and mogas95. Diesel actually having better refining margin in first half of january. Therefore, diesel refining margin should be able to breakeven other spread margin. Price for diesel and mogas95 are uptrending too when brent oil price going up.

1. Oversold during past few days
2. Undervalued for the current price of RM 14.30 (Hengyuan Should worth more as PE only 4.6 and ROE 56 )
