myeg is just a platform for online government service. But, this kind of business is easily outsourced in open tender system.

It used to command 40PE, but with PH leadership, and with strong motivation from the government point of view to drastically cut fiscal spending, it is only a matter of time that such service either be internalized by government staff programmer, or to other persons who can do the job in a cheaper way.

Think. Myeg charges 1900 per foreign head. Can a programmer beat that price by coming out with standard online website, with dedicated backend server? If yes, then MYEG has no moat at all.

Another point is who is the substantial shareholder in this company.

Now I also dunno how to fairly price this company.
