AWC设施方案（AWC,7579,主板工业产品服务组）2021财政年财报优于预期，联昌研究看好在铁路和工程业务活动增加下，集团有望从2022财政年首季录得更强劲的按季盈利增长，上调2022和2023财政年每股盈利目标5.5至7.8%。

联昌研究表示，在工程臂膀转亏为盈、中东和新加坡等市场环境项目进展顺利、特许经营权收费增加下，AWC设施方案2021财政年第四季核心净利年增108%，至1040万令吉，推动全年核心净利翻逾倍至3260万令吉，较预期高出18%。

第四季营业额按季增长20.3%，主要是除了工程臂膀，所有业务贡献均增加，第四季核心营运盈利（EBITDA）赚益按季增长8.8%，至21.9%，带动第四季核心净利按季走高44.8%，至1040万令吉。

联昌研究指出，AWC设施方案第四季财报超预期，上调2022和2023财政年每股盈利目标5.5至7.8%，以反映环境业务贡献增加及经济效益转强。

“有鉴于此，我们调高AWC设施方案目标价至85仙，并维持‘增持’评级，主要是我们看好强劲订单、7640万令吉净现金（截至2021财政年第三季）和诱人估值。”

AEC设施方案披露，2021财政年新增合约超过2亿9000万令吉，创下历史新高，预期现有合约总量将扩大至约9亿令吉，让公司可持续忙碌至2025年。当中，设施业务料占总合约55至60%。

ARB公司（ARBB，7181，主板工业股）的股项自从在11月3日宣布建议进行附加股计划后就暴跌。

该公司母股从11月3日闭市时的27仙，在短短10天内下跌了39%。至上周五闭市时的16.5仙。

该公司的不可赎回可转换优先股——ARB公司PA，也从11月3日的9仙崩盘下跌56%，至上周五收盘的4仙。

ARB公司PA的转换价为20仙。ARB公司PA持有人可以20股转换成1母股，或是以1优先股加19仙现金把优先股行使成为母股。

ARB公司的主要业务是资讯工业，并主打企业资源规划（ERP）和物联网 （IoT）业务。在截至2021年6月底的首半年，ARB公司取得了9625万令吉的营业额，比2020年同期的8869万令吉上涨约8%。

该公司的净利在首半年上涨约5成，达到2310万令吉。值得一提的是，公司盈利增长主要来自高达1271万令吉的负商誉会计盈余。

在建议中的附加股计划，ARB公司计划融资发展其水耕培殖物联网方案业务。该公司建议以1股配1附加股比率发行最多10亿7535万新股，每股发行价暂定为12仙。

在基本情况下，ARB公司预计可通过附加股计划集资7299万令吉。其中5500万令吉用来发展其水耕培殖物联网方案业务。

若以较为值得的现金行使方式，ARB公司PA目前以39.4%的溢价交易。这项类似凭单的ARB公司PA目前的引伸波幅达到46.1%，比母股短期历史波幅低很多。

假设投资者对公司母股反弹有信心，ARB公司PA或是短期的交易工具。由于附加股计划可能需要在半年后才进行，母股反弹或许不会太强。中长期投资ARB公司PA的风险因附加股因素或不低。
