Recently new IPO stocks hardly seen the price drop below IPO except AAX. But for property stocks still very strong. Don't forget, the land price in KL will only rise. So future earning is potential coz share capital only 340M. And floating share is not much. Like matrix, when it rise, nothing can stop.

Today's performance reflected investors still hesitate to enter this counter. It is a bad sign. The company wants to build back the reputation is getting tougher unless breaking news. Else it will staging at this level for a period of time.

Btw, the company committed to declare 30% profit for dividend. If 17M x 4 = 68M x 0.3 = 20.4/340 = 6 cents dividend or 4% of the IPO. Still higher than FD.

I foreseen this counter will be like Matrix. Within 6 months price rise 50%. So, dont worry guys. With 180h landbank at KL. And EPS per quater is 17M/340M = 0.05. Expected 0.05 x 4 x 12PE = 240. So, potential to rise 50%.

Now both directors no more warrant to dispose, warrant price should be stable at >0.11. When revised report from RHB set TP0.29, the warrant never touch below 0.11. That price touches 0.09 due to Mr Ngu disposed his warrant from 0.115 to 0.09

Actually we should worried is foreign investor pull back the fund and invest in US and Japan. But when Instaco directors disposed all warrants, the price never went down to 0.09. I also wish can get at 0.09 coz the warrant still has 4 years. But if we look at the company, the potential growth is higher but the worst part is the directors will dispose anytime.

Yistock. I believe blue chip will be impacted the most. Is advantage for penny stock coz they sell blue chip to goreng penny stock. When you trace back May and Sep, when blue chip dropped, penny rices.

From my point of view. The worst is over for Instaco.

I anticipant they will reduce USD5B per quarter with solid data to support. But for Instaco from May until Nov, even though US fooled many times, it doesn't impact much. Maybe no foreign holding on this counter.

If Ngu leave the company, for me i will accumulate more and more since the profit margin is good. Ngu is just a technical guy. But if Anne leaves then is difference story.

Recently the directors disposed all warrant and one of the director or founder of the company disposed half of his stage. Perhaps they want to cover the loses coz they committed profit guarantee. If this is truth, the share price will in the down trend. Hopefully it is not true.

I still remember last time instaco gave free warrant the price push from 0.28 to 0.435. At least 50% gain if you buy now. Wish can apply to EAH as well.

If 15M/702M = EPS=0.02xx. Let say PEx10. This stock is worth 0.20 cents only. But if the company is in profitable i still don't understand why the directors disposed warrant and share together? What i want to know is if third quarter losing money coz first and 2nd quarter they profit RM14M if not mistaken. So, let say this quarter losing RM3M and final quarter earn RM5M.
