I was panic after reading the announcement on Friday morning and sold all my Sanichi shares immediately.I think many people were doing the same.Hours later were informed by friends that effectively there was no change in the value of the Company.Thanks KW Tan for giving such a clear and detail explanation .Should propose to SC that in future must make it compulsory for Company which makes such announcement to attach together a copy of explanation on what will be the effect of the proposal on resultant share value.Many of us are not professional.We were victim of such announcement. :-[
