just see my post on `syariah compliance...because IFCA sits on too much cash...solutions is to invest cash into Syariah Compliant Money Market instruments...QED...no sweat if you want to make all happy...at the moment so many funds chasing...no big deal...also other private investors buying too...

Frens just stay focus on its journey to Rm 1.00 +

Dividend was suggested by the CEO during the meeting after the release of last quarter report on 5/11. We will only know after the release of Q4F14 in Feb 2015. For now, it is best you hold on to your shares until the next QR.

Assuming the full conversion of the 135 mill, that would translate into a cash inflow of RM13.5m from the conversion proceeds paid by shareholders. With a share base of about 458m, that is approx. 2.9 sen/share.

That is what I understand about Taka's post.

Assuming div is 5sen, then most if not all warrant holders will convert to mother by paying 10sen per share. Isn't this money consider as income and included cash in hand?
I am not accounts background just using logic. Pardon me if I am wrong.

5 sen is not possible. 458 million shares at 5 sen = RM23mil. IFCA cash only sitting at +- RM30mil. My guess 1.5sen to 2sen.

I had a look at the SC list of syariah-compliant stocks. Many stocks in the list like PM Corp, Iris, Benalec, MAS are not doing any better.

I don't see any correlation between syariah-compliant and the performance of a stock.

It is their (syariah fund) loss not to invest in this growth stock.

Flying to the moon after the break ?

Is shariah so important for software company expanding to China, Japan, etc ?

If shariah, then need to sembelih ?

the big block @ 71 sens for warrants is a red herring to allow the collection of shares at 70 & 70.5..Don't worry it should clear soon..this is a modus operandi of big brokers collecting for big clients..
