RIP to those who bought Liew's counters, arbb, annum, ages. This is the most vicious shark, cheating investors by casting "good result"and business prospects, then easily make hundreds of millions then a bank robber, issuing PP, conso and RI. Ironically, no crime because he shrewd in market and accounting rules. I lost more than half of my hard earn saving in arb, because of the good quarter results.

Retail investor thought after private placement 5c, syndicate will push up the price to make profit. But this is not how the boss play. After study their operating method, they are not keen on the share price, even thought they dump at 1cent, they also make profit, because the private placement 5cents also going into their pocket. It is totally the trick last year, they converted roughly 800mil icps, rose RM96mil cash. But you can't see this cash in the latest balance sheet account, they already used it to "acquire subsidiary", RM96mil back to their pocket, then they dump the 800mil shares in open market all the way from 0.13 to 0.05.

They always use proxies account to operate like jelajah Utara, ppsj, er yan shuen, etc...

Profit and balance sheet seem healthy, but still announce right issue to siphone money from investor as you can see his other two companies also did the same thing, be cautious guys, cut loss and goodbye
