Shareholders will be getting a miserable 2.5% dividend. The dividend rate will never exceed 3.8% that Insas-PB is getting.

The problem remains that Insas continues to be underappreciated.

Inari's private placement of shares was @ RM3.10, way above Inari's then NTA of around 41 sen resulting in an instant enhancement of its NTA to around 65 sen. Insas which holds around 15% in Inari instantly benefited from the enhancement of Inari's NTA following the private placement.

Insas' investment in Inari is still NOT marked to market quoted price.

@ Sslee, Increase in NTA of Insas beyond EPS due to Insas' share of increased post acquisition reserve in Inari following Inari's huge private placement of shares at an issue price way above Inari's NTA which took place in July 2021. Do you get what I am trying to explain?
