94 sen nice closing. One of my companies invested in Insas at cost of 65 sen, can recognise fair value gain at year end and not taxable.

We all should apply for jobs at MLab, haha.

MLab employs very rich employees who could pay millions of ringgits to subscribe for ESOS, haha.

On 3rd September I sold at 67 sen when CPO was below RM3,000. After more than three months Cepat is still lambat.

Mr Sslee, any counter interest you at the moment? I am giving Jaks a miss.

@Edwin0908, yes, now is a good time to average down provided you have spare cash to buy and hold because we don't know when MLab will move up.

Hng33's theory is that Insas price will be flat for the next few trading days in order to set a low exercise price for the upcoming warrants.

LTAT started to sell when price climbed above RM2.

I have been playing in the stock market since 1993 when I was in my 20s. I used all my hard-earned savings of RM60k and have reinvested every single sen I made from the shares that I sold. For the past 21 years I have not lost in a single counter that I bought.

@Turtlemelon, you asking tp? When I enter a counter at a particular price my objective is a minimum of 30% gain. If the counter upon hitting 30% gain is still on an uptrend I will let run as far as it can go. I have a portfolio of around 20 to 25 counters.

I don't have any unhappiness with MLab. During the nationwide CMCO I picked up MLab at 1.5 to 2 sen and ended up with over one million shares. Eventually sold at prices up to 7.5 sen before the consolidation of the shares and made RM36,000 gain. In fact I announced my disposal in the forum every time I sold. Everyone else then was so bullish targeting 10 sen. The proceeds from the sale of MLab went into Jetson at 16-19 sen, Reach at 7.5 sen and Masteel at 28-30 sen. I held on these three counters for a few months and recently sold Jetson as high as 30.5 sen and Masteel as high as 52 sen. I still holding on to Reach. MLab has been good to me and I am thankful to MLab.

MGO timeline is about 6 weeks, 3 weeks to issue the offer document and further 3 weeks to closing date.

I think those trying to get out at 7.5 sen are weak contra players who bought at 8 to 8.5 sen recently.

ESOS are not free shares to the employees. 26 million @ 8.5 sen have raised RM2.21 million for the Company. Why would employees pay RM2.21 MILLION to subscribe? Today at 7.5 sen I am buying it cheaper than the employees who paid RM2.21 MILLION.

The top 30 shareholders own 85% of the total shares, there's not much free float and it's easy for WC to privatise since Lionind already owns 75% of Lionpsim.

I must thank hng33 for FGV tip. His comment posting there caught my attention and I bought FGV at 1.17 to 1.18 and FGV-C99 at 0.125 in the past few days. Made several thousand ringgit.
