Leo: u r right. Proposal can be changed anytime. However, this proposal will influence investors and due to the share price stop at 10cent. Many investors r quite disappointment to this proposal. Management just planned sth useless. Suma has brighter future. But also, if it is suma static to sapu more shares from market in lower price then goreng goreng, it is better.

Ri below 14cent, management underestimate the value of company. Increase profit by increase much shares, dilute shareholders earnings. I can't imagine management did this kind of thing in this situation. Lousy management !
