Any hidden agenda?

The company may default on interest payment before maturity date
2024-03-19 19:11 | Report Abuse
Maybe hostile takeover through the open market

Fantastic QR. Dividend and sp. div totaling 1.3 cts.

2023-11-05 20:18 | Report Abuse
There will be another dividend in Nov/Dec.

The mother share is 0.33.After capital repayment 0.11, the mother share is 0.22.
This is same as RI. Who would want to subscribe to RI? No discount

JCORP is not buying KPJ shares. If it does it has to announce to Bursa.
2022-12-25 09:50 | Report Abuse
RI can be priced over the share price. RI will be underscribed.
Thats about it. It doesnt mean the syf share price can go up to over 40cts.
2022-11-15 10:43 | Report Abuse
RI revised from 14cts to 22 cts.
SYF share should above 40cts
2022-10-14 20:23 | Report Abuse
The original proposals last year was not conditional on anything. No company can change conditions once they are announced. It is a serious offence to give false information to the security commision
2022-10-06 15:40 | Report Abuse
Syf share must trade above 32cts otherwise nobody would want to subscribe to the RI at 14cts.
2022-05-05 11:25 | Report Abuse
This is a shit share. Many hoping shit can turn to go.
If you can get 35sen when trading starts, just sell.
2022-04-20 10:52 | Report Abuse
Oriental maybe taking the company private

There is a lot of selling from recent conversion of esos at 0.91cts, more than 6 million.it wont go up until these are sold.
2022-02-18 09:54 | Report Abuse
The trading price is pretty unusual as if someone wants to keep it at 1.09/1.10.
Maybe it is going to be suspended with VWAP at 1.10.prior to privatisation
2021-11-27 07:26 | Report Abuse
14 million esos converted. No wonder heavy selling.
I heard many employees were selling their esos converted shares. This is the last batch of esos due to expire if not converted

Icap is giving 20cts special covid dividend.unbelievable!
Surely Insas should follow. There are many poor and needy shareholders.
DS Thong surely has a heart

Looks like going below 1.10 soon. Privatisation off.?
2021-10-17 21:36 | Report Abuse
I suggest those interested in icap to buy insas instead. It is even more undervalue. Moreover you get 2cts dividend every year for 1.00 rm share. Naps rm3.00
2021-10-17 10:20 | Report Abuse
Privatisation is not a done deal.If it fails to materialise the price would fall to back to 1.00
2021-10-13 11:58 | Report Abuse
This is really undervaluation.
I hope minority shareholders will reject the offer

Thank you for the clarifications.@Karlos and @UncleFollower

Remember, KPJ doesn't own any hospital. All Kpj hospitals owned by Alaqar reits.
2021-10-06 17:12 | Report Abuse
The best thing for insas shareholders would be to convert this into a mutual trust.
Selling and buying would be around NAPS like unit trust
2021-10-06 09:12 | Report Abuse
These are fairly neutral announcements
The company KPJ cannot divulge market sensitive information so just say dont know
2021-10-04 15:01 | Report Abuse
Without privatisation play this will fall to below 1.00
2021-08-18 21:53 | Report Abuse
Someone collecting kpj at 1.07 to 1,10. Few millions every day
2021-07-29 17:26 | Report Abuse
Looks like there may be some truth in privatisation of KPJ
2021-07-22 18:22 | Report Abuse
If privatisation is confirmed why would EPFcontinues to dispose its shares
Surely the offer price would be higher than the present market price
2021-03-29 18:05 | Report Abuse
Private hospitals are just given greenlight to procure and vaccinate covid vaccines.
It may be time to shoot up
2021-03-18 12:27 | Report Abuse
The price is FINAL, written on the offer.
There is no voting like the previous exercise. Its a voluntary general offer. Its take it or leave it.
I wont be waiting.Once they buy back a certain percentage (?80%),Jardine can delist the company.
All the rest would be forced to sell as no one would want to own shares in unlisted company.
2021-03-18 09:44 | Report Abuse
This is different from the previous exercise last year ie SCR.
I think those who want to sell can do so at 2.40. Once enough shares are acquired by the offeror (Jardine),it will be taken private and delisted. No point holding on to delisted company
2021-03-07 18:20 | Report Abuse
With the vaccine play losing steam, it may even drop below 1.0

Malaysian investors do not seem to value Insas. If the boss is serious about fair value for his company, maybe he should do dual listings, maybe in Hong Kong.
But I suspect the boss is not really keen about seeking fair value. He is more comfortable to be in control of the share price.

Pittance. Not worth such lengthy writeup.
2021-02-04 18:56 | Report Abuse
Anyone knows what this guy is talking about?
2021-02-02 17:02 | Report Abuse
I dont see much correlation between INSAS share price and INSAS-PR price.
Insas-PR price is more related to market perception of its warrant price. As we know warrant price is basically goreng esp with 5 long years to maturity.Last exercise the warrant hit over 30cts.
2021-01-30 15:55 | Report Abuse
Yes,this will in future increase the NAPS, but how to translate to better share price for Insas.
Stock: [OMESTI-PB]: OMESTI BERHAD - REDEEMABLE PREFERENCE SHARES 2021/2026
1 week ago | Report Abuse
Omesti owns 28% of Microlink. The market cap of ML is 252 million as of yesterday.
28% is 70mil. I dont see any problem for Omesti to settle the interest payment of the loan stock.
I am quite confident it would also settle the principal in 2026 with another RI or sell of its holdings in ML.
