haha need to read the letter announced yesterday, OEL still can revise this offer before 26th Jul. However, if he can take over at 0.60 more better cos cheaper than current market price. If im not mistaken, they still need to leave 25% share to public.

Its abit confusing due to too much pages & content. the title said mandatary take over, however some paragraph still wrote smthg like still can revise the offer but only OEL can revise the offer.

As for us minority shareholders, and its market price. not sure how the 0.60 will affect us once the take over complete cos i didnt saw any of this in the letter/offer agreement. im clueless as well.
