Hibiscus announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Anasuria Hibiscus UK Ltd, entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Caldera Petroleum (UK) Ltd to acquire a 50% participating interest

At present, brokers are bullish on the stock with three Buys and a mean target price of MYR1.51. Assuming oil price stays healthy, Hibiscus will be a good proxy to the rising oil price as it offers upstream exposure. Valuation wise, the stock trading at 7.1x consensus FY6/19 EPS of 18.3sen, below its 2-year historical average P/E of 9.5x. The stock remains a key constituents of our Growth model portfolio.

Strange CPL just setup last week and tasked to acquire the asset, CPL is part of Aban that is massively debted as shared by Draogong. Hibiscus will acquire 50% from CPL. What a coporate architecture intelligence! Buy Buy.. will shot to 1.50 soon!
