We refer to the announcements made on 12 August 2020, 13 August 2020, 25
August 2020, 1 September 2020, 20 October 2020, 28 October 2020, 9 February
2021, 17 February 2021, 19 February 2021 and 26 February 2021 in relation to
the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the
definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of GPB, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 17
March 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the remaining
34,208,800 Placement Shares at RM0.36 each (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price of RM0.36 is at a discount of RM0.0308 or 7.88% to the 5-day
volume weighted average market price of GPB Shares up to and including 16
March 2021, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing
Date, of RM0.3908 per GPB Share.

This announcement is dated 17 March 2021.

This is undervalued counter, dont think they can fight retailers.. The more they bring down the price, the more hurt they get. But I dont think they will target this counter as it is still far below pre covid price compared to other similart counter.. DRBHICOM/MBMR/UWC...
