It would be more honorable to be transparent from the start and not to draw unimaginable dreams and expectations from these endeavours. Perhaps, even the coming Bonus issue would present another dissipating gas out of a balloon.

This entity is akin to a spent bullet, only the shell is left behind. The drive before the Bonus issue and the subsequent sell off and sell down had done severe damages. The trust deficit of staying high levels even after ex-bonus has done nothing except letting air out of a balloon.

Anticipation of exceptional results derived from handling of Vaccine is a little more than folk lore. 27-Aug-2021 Insider BOUSTEAD HOLDINGS BERHAD (a substantial shareholder) disposed 6,000,000 shares on 27-Aug-2021.

After yesterday's disposal, Bstead still holds 52.19% in Pharma, which equates 683,652,075 shares. They have been selling past 2 months. More to come?

Already mentioned last week, the timing and profit streams are not realised following acquisitions which are very recent, and followed by a few others here.

1. What we may gather in this quarter is the Oil price increased to USD70 from the previous quarter at USD50, and the attributes from PING (30%) and Anasuria (50%)

2. The acquisitions would not contribute to P&L but would be reflected as Assets in the Balance Sheet. This would have forward looking implications and strengthen the good side of the books.

3. The income derived from Warrant conversions, some of which would have been required for the Cash payment for Silterra, and the underlying strong credit balances in the Banks would reflect the liquidity of the Company.

Reiterate again, the P&L may not show significant (hope we are wrong!) but the strengthen Balance Sheet is something to look forward to.

Since the Director resigned from BOD along with 4 others senior positions, just 5 days after release of QR, investor's interest are pique as all factors/issues relating to any Public companies would play a prevalent role or significant effects on market prices. Nonetheless, we would appreciate if he/she would share the link to this Director's appointment in the other associated company of same owner. Doesn't matter even if he has resigned and next in line to be sworn in as the President of USA.

Writer has little or zero knowledge as to the production/manufacturer or suppliers of local or imported medicines. The shortage in supplies was reported and our concern was the cause more than the how. The hospitals inventories, supply chain, requisition period and even under abnormal requirements are important attributes to the flow of crucial medications. Covid-19 has struck us the past 18 months and not just happened last month! Absolutely no excuse for the inappropriate unpreparedness for the supply chain.
