If I'm right , then I think the government had make a very big mistake. We will left behind by
our neighboring countries soon. We're getting a far more inferior Telcom contractor. Don forget they boycott our palm oil import to Europe !

As what I had learned awarding a tender is not merely based on prices only, but have to consider the criteria of the awarded company's tech. superiority and the long term maintenance costs.
