It has received the development order from the authorities recently." So JAG has received the order, just waiting to start. Very hush hush this one.

that's the thing that intrigued me. If he really wanna create haywire, could have disposed that amount in the open market when price was higher. Not through cross deals. The deals happened at 0.130 (most recent), 0.135 and 0.140). And the director still have 66.7 mill left. Monitoring this closely. I missed the Dnex train LOL. Wanna join another if there's any.

If the next QR showed that they can cover all the expenditures of acquiring the assets, opex via the booked income since 2015 until whatever date they released the report..oh my..but of course I think this is just wishful thinking.

It will probably take some time before any real movements for giant investors to look at the data/protocol. I don't think there's much shares left on the market if they were to swoop up.

"For the current financial quarter ended 31 December 2016 (“Q4 2016”), the Group recorded revenue of RM23.04 million and profit before taxation of RM1.74 million. Gross profit margin and profit before taxation margin stood at 19.4% and 7.6% respectively for Q4 2016.
The increase in revenue in Q4 2016 as compared to the corresponding quarter ended 31 December 2015 (“Q4 2015”) by 6.7% was mainly due to an increase in sales of horizontal and vertical bamboo flooring products to the overseas market during the quarter.
For Q4 2016, profit before taxation decreased by RM7.34 million from RM9.08 million in Q4 2015 to RM1.74 million in Q4 2016 mainly due to the recognition of unrealised foreign exchange gain of RM5.1 million recognised in Q4 2015, as well as an increase in administrative expenses in Q4 2016 as a result of recognition of amortisation of intangible assets of RM0.33 million.
For the financial year ended 31 December 2016 (“FYE 2016”), the Group recorded revenue of RM68.79 million and profit before taxation of RM6.04 million. Gross profit margin and profit before taxation margin stood at 23.0% and 8.8% respectively for FYE 2016.
The increase in revenue for FYE 2016 as compared to the corresponding year ended 31 December 2015 (“FYE 2015”) by 3.7% was mainly due to the pick-up in export sales due to the Group’s increased effort in marketing its products to the overseas market.
Overall, profit before taxation decreased by RM5.05 million or 45.5% in FYE 2016 as compared to FYE 2015 mainly due to the recognition of unrealised foreign exchange gain of RM5.1 million recognised in Q4 2015. However, the Group managed to increase in gross profit margin from 19.8% in FYE 2015 to 23.0% in FYE 2016 mainly due to the increase in sales of in higher margin products."

the way I understand it, is, it won't be shown in this coming QR. Only next one. Hence why I linked the MIE Holdings, so if anyone is feeling free or rajin can have a look at MIE Holdings website for previous reports. The daily production might change though starting from Dec 2016 .

One of the preparations for possibilities to come. Lately, there's been several news of takeovers which drove the market to push the price up. Analysts should react by sharing their outlooks for a fair value.

Could be. In one of the recent articles, they did mention the possibility of cancelling the PP plan. But even if they were to proceed, remember the number of shares after the cancellation of the dissenting shares have been reduced, the PP will just bring it up to probably more or less than 1.2 bil++ (the original amount) .
But this block is definitely price control. Not sure if any retailers got that amount to block. Either to prevent early shoot up or preparing for PP. Hopefully if it's PP, the effect would be buffered by accompanying good news/report.

Hehe result should be just around the corner. For the first QR as a real OnG E&P company, I really wanna see the revenue collected since Oct 2015. Overall it maybe won't look pretty yet because of the payment made for the Kazakh asset but who knows. :)

shareinvestment7 below 40 cents, gave 1.5 cent dividend in 2016, single digit PE, ROE 33.52% some more.

Thomaskklee, read the earlier comments, read the broker newsletters, read emails analysing the financial of dnex and make your own decision. Some here just want to see you throw your shares cheaply at them and then go for 2nd round hike and they don't hide their intention.

Yes...and it's starting 3Q this year. Order received, just a matter of time. The phase 3 details shared by the director is nice as well. Kampung Jawa is indeed highly populated. "238 residential units and a facilities floor above the seven-storey podium carpark. The built-ups for the apartment units will range from 913 sq ft to 1,018 sq ft." Priced RM400-500K.
