After PP is completed, price will be diluted. By how much? Depends on the number of shares being introduced. If max shares will be issued, then can guesstimate what will the adjusted price be. I think the formula should be in the circular or can search online. That will probably be the lowest price that it will go to.

that announcement is a brief description of the company that they will work with for their 1.2 bill upcoming project. I think probably to prove that they can carry out the project.

Wow, at the moment, warrants + their exercise price of 0.25 each = less than RM0.5 and don't fight/swear guys. It's apparent, none of us control the market. For me, mother will have to go to RM 0.5 to make warrants not worth my time monitoring.

Viking, you have to provide a reference for that, cannot just assume. At the very least, there should be announcement for anything related to that. At the moment, the latest announcement is regarding warrant expiry.

moneylai80, if the warrant is in the money, meaning, your warrant price + exercise price of RM 1 = less than the mother price, then it's worth converting. If it's not, you can still convert, while hoping that the mother price will increase in the future until you get profit or break even at least.

Hehe, you shouldn't expect good fundamentals from a below 10 cent stock IF you want to buy it. If you managed to find one, you strike gold. It's cheap for a reason. What you should expect is growth, future plans etc.
