Both Dnex and Ucrest have same status of uncertainty and have been up for many times, with increase of share volume without changes in fundamental. All the positives news have already factored into the share prices.

If Fed tighten monetary policy to reduce or stop QE alone will affect technological stocks the most. Whatever go up too much will come down, wait for retracement to enter.

Just like Ucrest talk until sky high to $2.60 minimum; but highest only 66C tumble 55% to 30C and rebounded to 46C now dropped again to 36C.

A word of cautious, up to the moment all news already factors in the share price. Nothing started yet, only some shares changing hands. No matter how glamorous it might be, it still needs at least 2 years to show.

Please also take into account that Dnex has 2.384 billions shares, 30% PP = 715 millions total up to 3 billions. Acquire Ping and Silterra with cash and company's shares; what would be the total number of shares after more new shares issued?

Dnex has high debt from accumulated losses, to turn around Silterra takes 2 years; the future could be bright but anything is possible, don't expect too much at this moment. Moreover, see if Fed stop QE after their meeting on coming Thursday.

There is no right issue, but Dnex is buying Ping and Silterra with Cash and Shares; so increase of volume of shares is expected.

Foxcoon of Hon Hai news were out a few days ago and price has already follow up accordingly. Many just take profit. Wait for clearer picture to re-enter.

Edge, nobody can be sure, anything can happen any time. Share price influence very much by Marco Economy. I don't know when is the best time and best price to buy, it will drop also if there is a market crash. I hold a very small amount only just don't want to miss it.

If not mistaken, China bought 40% of Silterra, and we know their Govern has already started with huge sum to support technology due to US sanction.

All are wary of MOU; even if Botak come out with more MOU also useless. Nobody knows whether trial productions have started yet or will it ever be started. All is still in the dark.

Last year Medical related shares booming, Ucrest only average around 15 cts shown that their e-medic not doing well.

Dnex is cup and handle now, Ucrest if move up from SMA50 then it might form double bottoms to move up. So it is crucial at this point, the plus point is today volume not high.

Technically, just touch on SMA50, it is crucial to hold above this level.

I am still skeptical how they can start trial vaccines production when there is no formal Agreement. The whole deal seems so impractical, and not realistic. I still wait for clearer picture to re-enter, I don't want to end up with huge losses like those in Kanger. If the deal not materialise, the price now can cause a big hole in our pocket.

Agree, this is the 2nd time announcement of MOU with unnamed manufacturer, Ucrest price movement shown most not so concern anymore. Botak got to get a formal Agreement with terms and condition stated then only can start produce the said Vaccine.

The important of formal Agreement is, Ucrest would be free of any responsibility cause by uncertainty. The vaccines produced will send to Russia, and it is Russia's concern to sell to any parties.

In priority, Ucrest needs to sign a formal Agreement of Terms and Conditions with Russia, before they can proceed with manufacturing. Without which the deal is not certainty, not easy for price to fly.

Time is Ucrest enemy, priority is to have vaccines ready as soon as possible, and signed the Agreement with Russia. There are a lot of uncertainties at this moment, anyone of it can cause price to drop such as MCO.

The risk is, Botak signed only MOU with Russia; but signed Agreements with 2 manufacturers in China. If covid 19 can be cure or prevent, vaccines might not be needed anymore. MOU can be voided anytime, but to cancel Agreements, Ucrest needs to pay compensation to the manufacturers.

The efficacy of vaccines at the moment is only about 6 months, it means you might have to vaccinate again repeatedly. Covid 19 Pandemic would become endemic, it will not disappear.
