According to the announcement made on 1 Dec 15, LTH held 6.929 million of shares or 5.148% stakes in YSP. The yesterday announcement for disposal 4 million shares was stunning. Is it off market deal? I noticed more than 2 million share were traded less than 5 minutes on 13 Nov 15. Surprising, no substantial holder has emerged even though LTH had reduced its stakes from 10% to 3% for the past 12 months. It seems someone is quietly accumulating the shares with multiple accounts.

Let the operators keep pressing the prices. We continue to buy more not using margin account. See what they can do.

It's reasonable to see a fund ompany locking profits while the share prices are riding high or business revenue & profit in down trend. But LTH investment team acted the opposite way and selling the shares like facing margin calls. Very very smart. Haha.

bullbear11. You can see the previous track records of LTH on what had happened to the share prices after its disposal. LTH did disposed more than 1 million in early Jun 15 at prices about 2.00 but the price shot up to 3.5 in the next few months. Is it a good sign for LTH to reduce its stakes in YSP? haha.

I dont think LTH would not want to dispose all its shares at current price. It's rather cheap. Some more, LTH did not dispose any shares when the price touched 3.5 few months ago.

Got people dont even know how to differentiate what's fake. If Yspsap's results is fake then all companies in KLSE also falling into the same fate....all fake and forget about investing in KLSe. Haha

Sell sell if you are not confident enough. Let to move down further. It's matter of choice to invest a stock base on facts or emotions.

YSPSAH share traded at PER 11.5x which is relatively cheap price comparing with its peers. If YSP drops below RM 2, what would happen to its peers trading at much higher PER???

The value of PBA is certainly above current price. Privatisation seems the only way to unlock its full value. Not a bad idea to dream the price fly to 2.35.

Keck Seng has been enjoying good profits for years but the management refused to distribute more dividend to the shareholders. Not much hope for a bumper dividend. They are too kiam siap. Hard to move the price if catalyst is not available.

Almost all export shares tank recently due to strengthen of RM . YSPSAH can't defend the bad sentiment in the market. It's good to have such a correction. Uptrend remains intact at least from comparing with its peers. Its competitors have been traded at much higher valuation. No harm to continue holding this counter.

Well done PBA for delivering another good quarterly results. Share price is on track marching to first TP 1.6.

What important is we are not being self delusion trying to find out funny reasons to convince us keep holding a stock. Which pharmaceutical company is traded at PER below 12x in KLSE? It's only YSPsah. We base on facts and figures to make a decision for investing.

joe2703. Chinwel is able to hedge USD denomination borrowing worth RM 40 million and benefited from depreciation of RM due to its high Net Exposure financial assets in foreign currency as shown in AR 2015.

kukukiki. It seems that Chinwel continued to enjoy favorable business enviroment in Europe due to anti-dumping measures imposed on China manufacturers.

Here's the comments of future prospect in annual report 2015.

The European Union (EU) had, in March 2015, renewed tariffs on anti-dumping for the China-made fasteners for another five-year period until 27 March 2020. The duty imposed was as high as 74.1% on imports of steel fasteners originating from China, and was extended to Malaysia-based manufacturers except for nine exempted companies. We are pleased that Chin Well is amongst the nine Malaysian manufacturers exempted from the duty which will undoubtedly enhance our competitive edge.

Depreciation of RM will be windfall to Chinwel but disaster to its peers Arank and Tongher due to higher borrowing in USD.

This counter will fly soon when it has announced another positive results in next few days.. Revenue growth goes along with PBT.
