Some said edotco planning to list in 2018 after complete of recent tower purchase in Pakistan which push the total tower owned to 26,000. It is almost justify for them to get listing once they hit at least this number.

23-Aug = Buy rate = 21%. Ave px=0.942
5-Sep = Buy rate = 32%. Ave px=0.968

i think 50sen was the time before share consolidated. consolidation was done on the basis of 2 into 1 and share price become 70sen at that time.

So we can say CG baseline is starting from 70sen.
When investor bought at around 70sen +/-, it can consider at the lowest price range.
Very safe.

From OCK AR, solar business is under OCK Setia Eng which owned 51% of EL Power Tech.

10sen per week = average 2-3 sen up per day. not a big deal.

QR will be out end-Sep. if there really have major corporate announcement like bonus issue, then market will have sufficient time to push the price up to 1.40 which means 10sen per week.

Based on the dbs research, XL is offering Rp10m/mth rental for Indonesia market which translate to US$750/mth (RM3k)

Relook on Axiata article about edotco infor:

[a] est Rev in FY17 = RM1.5bil
[b] Total tower owned = 17,500

Average rev
[1] Per tower per year = RM85k.
[2] Per tower per mth = RM7k.

Seems like rental for SEATH tower was under-charge...

Exchanged of market infor on tower business in Msia with tower contractor:

[a] 3 leg tower.
Build cost est =RM300k (very closed to OCK figure)
Rental rev per month = basic package with 3 telco tenant = min rental revenue is Rm10k-15k/mth.

[b] rooftop station
Spece rental = RM3k to 5k/mth to shop owner depending on location.
Total revenue rental collected from telco = not sure

So from here, look at SEATH infor again.
FY2015, rev=RM49mil
Total tower = 1,983.
Rev/tower/yr = RM25k.
Rev/tower/mth = RM2k.

Remarks:
[a] The rental revenue is very much lower compare to Msia rate.
[b] 2 possible case: too competitive or under charge.

Opportunity:
If it is under charge, then potential of rev upside will be very strong.

The good of dividend is depend on the investment timing.

If you invest RM10 in TopGlove in 2001 and keep until now, last year the dividend was RM13. Return is 130%.

If you bought RM10 in TopGlove in 2016, then the return (dividend yield) is only 3%.
Almost same as FD but need to suffer loss if share price down.

Depend on someone's need.

There is a way to make complaint if the QR cannot fully trust. Can fwd the complaint to SC or Bursa. With supporting document and if proven, directors can be fined and counter can be suspended, then price will limit down.
