250 million ESOS shares with cost RM 0.56 if converted immediately paper gain RM 3.34 or equivalent to RM 835 million paper gain. Who paying for this RM 835 million gain for YTLP employees which majority belonging to Francis Yeoh family? Suiyee suckers lah.

ESOS going to dialute the EPS that is for sure. The YTLP`s ESOS outstanding volume is huge 250 million shares and the ESOS cost so cheap just RM 0.56. The employees immediately get paper gain 600% after exercise the ESOS option. Hope they won't add more ESOS in next AGM or EGM.

ESOS holders are held by moratorium of 20% per year. Meaning that option holder can only sell off 20% of their entire share per year. That mean it will need 5 years to totally unload all their share

One funny statement in last year`s annual report. Follows UK law the YTLP still have to continue providing water to all the defaulters. Like that cham loh tariff increase also cannot cover the impairment write off.
