With the sales of the land to Greenland for RM2.40bil, it will generate to the company equal to cash per share of around RM3.58 vs. Its share price now of RM1.54. If you take into consideration of its land, the company definitely worth more than RM5.00.

I think EUPE's coming financial result most probably will be better in view of better sales performance in FY2014 which will be recognised in FY2015.

Lower profit is merely due to marketing expenses of RM3.50 Mil, i.e. branding exercise to promote Planet Eupe Music Festival during 1st quarter 2014 which is one off. If added back this amount, EUPE records higher profit of RM5 Mil which is almost double compared to its preceeding year quarter of RM2.7Mil.

Reduce in par value for KNM's case will not affect the share price at all as the amount reduce from par value / paid up capital will go to its reserve hence company networth remain the same.

Eupe definitely can hold. 2 projects in Bangsar South and Cheras with total GDV of RM710Mil launching this year. If they able to do well for these two projects with at least 15% net profit, it will bring about earning per share of around 0.83 cents which is almost equal to its share price now.

I just realised the director (Koh Poh Seng) pledged his shares with many Banks, i.e. AmIslamic, AllianceGroup, CitiGroup, OSK Capital, AIBB, & Public Bank (please refer to annual report 2012). What does it tell ??

Eupe is lauching thier new projects in Cheras and Bangsar South. Very modern building with beutiful design. The nice design of its projects should be able to attract buying interest of its properties. Their website just updated, can go to its website to see thier new projects.

Buy more if you think the directors are going to unlock the assets value. Based on RM1 billion value for Hotel & Mall you probably get additional RM1.50 per share.
