@Jason....the fundamental of trading you can only buy at RM1 if someone is selling at RM1...as such if current price is RM0.90 and you buy at RM1 then 1 lucky fella will sell his shares and take your money and you will get your price of RM1 but you would already be in the red...hope this explains.

So dont pandai and order higher then the current price unless you plan to lose money.....

Brahim’s inked a heads of agreement (HoA) with substantial investor MRI VC Bhd (formerly known as UZ Catering Bhd) to secure and set out the basis of MRI VC’s participation in the group’s proposed regularisation plan.

“It is envisaged that a fundraising exercise will form an integral part of the proposed regularisation plan.

“The fund-raising exercise is expected to comprise of, but not limited to, a proposed private placement and proposed rights issue, which MRI will participate in, ” Brahim’s said.

Frozen food manufacturer and investment firm MRI VC has pledged to participate in the private placement and rights issue that Brahim’s hopes to undertake within the next six months, subject to approvals from the regulators.

MRI has paid a deposit of RM2mil to Brahim’s with the execution of the HoA, which may be used to set off against the total amount to be paid by MRI for the subscription of new securities in Brahim’s to be issued in conjunction with the proposed share issuance.

MRI VC is principally involved in the manufacturing of prepared meals and dishes, event or food catering and other food service activities.

How high it will go nobody knows....we only know FPG has very strong FA as such it is a stock to be hold for long term as the value will increase...how long you ask?....it can 1 year or 2 year or maybe even more...5 years perhaps but one must remember those other stocks that are now RM5 or RM10 or more at one upom a time was penny as well...so the choice is yours to make..dont follow people cox when make money you say they are hero but if lose money you curse them like no tomorrow...so again I say the choice is your whether make money or lose money....

The land is extracted from PKNP.It is labelled as ZIL which is registered under Eden Inc. Bhd name. There are total 3 pieces of land as of the title number of Lot 8906,8907 and 8911.

If based on the ECRL land acquisition, it shall acquired at least min 200 acres for depot and maintenance center. Assuming 200 acres land acquired by MRL for ECRL depot at min RM18 per sqft, Eden will received about Rm150mil.. it will unlock the Eden NTA value and cash per shares stood at RM at least 0.375 per share.
