for me, most probably will enter only after the fund-raising exercise when the price is more stable

dun think management would allow the price to go any further down. if and should the price touch 0.10 or lower, there will be no takers for the rights issue.....

wondering what happened to the funds which were raised in Apr-2015?
no issue with fund-raising, but the concern which most investors face is whether the funds are put to good use

they only need to maintain the price above the 0.04 level until after the fund-raising exercise. Well, with reference to the last fund-raising exercise in 2015 (which is very very recent), dropped from 0.11 (rights issue exercise price) to current market price of 0.05

i agree that DGB is already almost rock-bottom (and worth entering, just a matter of timing), but to say that price would sustain above the 0.04 level is not so appropriate; dun u think?

eftee - at current price of 0.11, dun think anyone would subscribe if the rights issue price above 0.11 right? and a company cannot issue any shares below its par-value

warrants will only be free if you subscribe to the rights issue, if you sell your rights and not subscribe to the rights, then no free warrant

emos82, should Scotland and Ireland leave UK, it would have a lesser impact compared to entire UK leaving EU. That being said, it will take around 2-5 years for UK to be entirely be out from EU even with the verdict of the referendum, as there are a lot of procedures and negotiations that needs to be ironed out beforehand. Thus, in short, UK will essentially still be within EU till then

with the proposed par-value reduction, be prepared for a fund-raising exercise. In short, investors be prepared to pump more money into this counter (possible via rights issue).
