I would suggest all warrant holders, wa or wb, to hold right now. Selling now at the lows is not a smart move. Eah is currently at a high growth spurt stage and there could be potential good news in future. I see a good growth trajectory in this company and now is the best time to accumulate before it hits bluechip status. I will fully subscribe to the rights issue and just let sobri and his team to maximize my holdings value. I trust in him and management as well as their relationships with gov. The fact that the government award a few large projects to them means they hv really proven its worth.

When it has reached rm0.50 and above, u will profit much less in percentage terms wise, than u buy them now before rights. U can see that the price has been fixated at 0.18, very tight range and a very strong support. Valuations wise still looks attractive now with its consistent strong earnings.

Broke 0.7 resistance. Will move up higher next week if nothing goes wrong.

Caven101, people are still not recognising the potential of GST and OBB (outcome based budgeting) in censof which will bring it to a much higher level in future. now is the best time to average down and accumulate more.

We have to look at the long-term for this company. by 2016, all gov agencies and ministries will be using OBB softwares powered by censof for Myresults purposes. by then censof would be in the same league as MYEG and Prestariang.

Censof would monopolize the OBB business and may even expand further to other countries like philippines and indonesia gov agencies.

GST wise, they could be able to obtain businesses from existing gov agencies tat are alrdy using censof. these gov agencies would definitely not want to change to other acctg softwares as they are alrdy used to it. furthermore, it would be a lot more hassle to change the acctg software when now it becomes more hassle and complex with gst. who in the right mind would want to change again? therefore, im quite confident the existing 80 customers from gov agencies will continue to use censof acctg software, and revenue and trainings for these project will be extremely huge booster in profits.

the reason why instacom is not moving up is because, there are no positive news at the moment. ock meanwhile has ltat backing, rumours on winning contracts, ceo promising double digit growth, etc.

i seriously wonder why instacom can be so muted and not putting efffort in gaining better investor relationships.

hopefully they wont disappoint us and will have surprises in place for us soon.

patiencebig, sobri is doing a married deal, where he sold some of his stake to another interested party behind the bursa trading platform. it will not hit the direct market, and thus will not affect the share prices.

based on my analysis, as i stated earlier, he's disposing to get funds to fully subscribe the rights, as he irrevocably promised to the shareholders.

i can see, and im sure many of you can see that he is still fully committed to EAH with his full participation of rights issue, and his determination to get EAH into mainboard.

if that turns out to be successful, more people will be eyeing EAH and it will get more contracts as its status would have risen. imagine, as an ACE company now, it has already gotten more than RM100m worth of contracts, imagine how much more can he get after listing.

And I like EAH mgmt very much, considering it bagged a famous Forbes twice in a row top 500 small cap companies.

Been holding for months now. Its time to grab my popcorn and watch some show for the next few weeks.

mikeann, i used to hold some mother shares and some warrants. recently i just disposed all the mother shares to buy the warrants, now holding a huge bulk of it, as u said for a good proxy.

i would reco people to get the warrants as well, due to the fact its trading at its support level very strongly.

They are expected to win projects announced during the Budget last year. That is why the increase.

Redtone and OCK rised on news they will get the projects from MCMC as stated in Budget last year.

As for Instacom, I have a reason to believe the CEO and her team are working hard towards being rewarded the contracts as well. Sabah and Sarawak are underserved areas and Instacom must be involved in delivering the project as well.

No way, OCK can solely complete building 1,000 projects on their own,

007james, redtone is expanding faster n faster now, with many new branches being set up. Targeting to set up another 100 branches in Peninsular Msia, with the help of the agents and partners of course.

More and more people are subscribing to Redtone line, which hinges on Celcom network, as the price is most affordable currently, even better than Umobile.

Lots of talking here, with people wanting to trash the company to get cheaper price. My question, do u see price going up or down? Its going up because people expect M&A soon, main market listing and more contract flows. Rights issue is the way to expand faster and I'm willing to fully subscribe the rights issue, just like Sobri giving irrevocable promisev to fully take up the rights subscription.

I'm not going to defend the company, because I'm not gonna waste time talking with haters here. I only wish all EAH investors hold on, and good luck.

Sobri is disposing shares due to get funds for the rights purchase. I dont think there is anything wrong.

Now we know why Sobri sold his shares via a married deal. He intends to funds his purchases of rights issue.

most prob will get it.

But the contribution is quite small.

Now news are flowing in favour of OCK. I hope Instaco is able to defend itself by releasing more favourable news about its company to convince shareholders on their progress.

Its a good thing that it stays here not going up or down because, thats the time when all a sudden it will jump and catch ppl off guard.

Anne kung already said there are interested parties to join in instacom as investors in one of the articles. This could be it. I'm more comfortable with them having their shareholdings reduced so many other interested parties can join in rather than 1 or 2 ppl controlling the co. Its a good sign.

good thing he's doing a married deal. the more married deal the better. at least the new interested party can bring in better resources, expertise and connections in.

Haha Christine, I have been holding this company for more than 3 months already. Going really huge on this one right now.

I used to play on technical analysis, but i am holding a big portion now so its hard 2 play on TA. I just accumulate if it goes lower and just hold onto it.

Definitely, not looking for good prices in the next few weeks but to few months or years. May accumulate more and hold for long-term growth.

Now everyone starts talking... haha. Don;t worry, for a married deal to happen, means there is an interested buyer. Now the most important question is, who is the interested buyer? Can he bring in expertise, connections to bring Instacom to the next level?

Married deal is definitely than disposing in the market. Because people only dispose in the market when there is no substantial interested party to buy the shares. Good example is Scomies, where Quek bought huge stake from Std Chartered.
