nomanland After few hours search and reading, I will stick to this counter for quite sometimes. About TSHS's dealing with PDZ, gas, and Kenmore has do with the news I read recently (more of mixed and matched point of view from articles and news). Even though at present the oil price dropped, oil and gas is a good investment.

Just my humble opinion where other can agree and disagree.

woman_x Yes and revenue from gas could possibly be reflected in the 3Q and in the 4Q, revenue of BE too. So think about this for a change instead of lamenting on the price performance. Also read @CHLam's posting abou the pdz tie up with Sumatec you will get an idea of the business plan.

Noraini Ismail As I said " trade what you see & not what you think " don't blame HS for what is happening......& don't blame the world .....now markets all over the world is bearish with low sentiment.....largely due to oil prices.....we know this.....we have to accept & move on by not blaming anybody.
Suma is in stiff competition when comes to " right issues are concern"
There are several companies also seeking funds from public thru right issues.
Off hand just to name a few are KNM, THH, AE HOLDING, & latest PDZ.
Public will back or take up right issues if they believe in the future plan of the company.
Does Suma has this?.....Suma has been branded as "pump and dump" stock. This is part of the reason - loss of confidence & now moving sideways. ......
public is turning attention to other fundamental stocks which at bargaining price right now like SKPetro, Armada.....

KUALA LUMPUR: PDZ Holdings Bhd had entered into a framework agreement with Ken Makmur Holdings Sdn Bhd for the proposed production of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and condensate from the natural gas supplied by the latter from the Rakushechnoye Oil and Gas Field, with an indicative entry cost of RM656 million. Payment for the proposed agreement will be in the combination of cash of RM400 million and the issuance of redeemable convertible preference shares for value of RM256.0 million.
