These sellers seem like willing to sell at any price to make the price low. They can't be making profit since Malakoff had been downtrend all the while.

@bro gcke, good idea, but I believe it will not work, you can propose but at the end of the day the majority shareholders will vote against your proposal. I just attended two agm this month and I tried to vote against the resolutions, after the agm result came out, I only found out I am the only one opposed or very very minimal vote against the resolutions.
