Do not know whether it is a coincident or not, every time KYY talks bad about Hengyuan, a good news will appear to help the share price of Hengyuan to move up north.
When KYY said Hengyuan is a sell, it means you must buy.

Assuming the EPS = 6.00, the present price at 4.57, PER = 0.76.
ROI is less than a year.
Where on earth has this type of profitable stock ?
It is only in KLSE.
If Hengyuan will suffer billion of unrealised loss on refined derivative, which bank will lend money to Hengyuan.
Bank will lend money to a solid stock like Hengyuan.
To me all unrealised derivative loss is not a concern to me.
Strong growth in earning is what I look forward to.
Wait to see the high EPS in FY2022 result.

Hengyuan with 2 consecutive quarter of earnings growth should comply with Koon Golden Rule. But seems uncle no longer follow his Koon golden rule.

What do you expect from an office boy standard in investing ?
He said, Hengyuan is a con stock, Chinaman siphoned money from Malaysia to China.
I had made a report on him to Hengyuan management, I hope a legal action is taken against him.
FYI, stockraider is the one losing his money in 2017.
I made million from Hengyuan in 2017.
No reason that I take his advice.
If he is so good, he should make more money than me in 2017.
I am very disappointed with him.

I have written to the BOD of Hengyuan to request them to allow Investment Banks to visit the refinery plant in PD so that there is a coverage on Hengyuan by Investment Banks.
Hope the BOD will agree to my suggestion.

To me this unrealised loss is none of my concerned.
When mature, the loss is deducted from the gross profit.
The gross profit earns less profit only after deducting the realised refined losses.
The big profit is already captured in the spot price as long as the current crack spread is higher than the hedged crack spread.

Good news.
The crack spread of gasoline is less than USD10 for the last 10 years.
Hedging at USD12.70 is already a fortune.
Hedging at USD 30.00 for the next 2 years, at the present price, the PER of Hengyuan is always < 1.0 for the next 2 years. The future EPS is always > 7.00.
Not huat is very difficult to imagine.

The best scenario is Hengyuan management to exercise the "10% share buyback" scheme already approved.
This "10% share buyback" scheme is yet to exercise despite approval is granted for sometimes.
