For any stock in a multi-month rally, it is normal to have healthy corrections along the way so that the rally becomes sustainable. When it hits a new high, some will take profit and when it has corrections, it allows others to come in.

YTLPower had a similar correction after it hit a new year high of RM1.36 on 31st May 2023, the next day it went down as much as 10 sen.

Caution, depsite upcoming Q result, singapore power will boots up further profit to YTLP due to hike in wholesale electricity price
April - 324 MWh
May - 492 MWH
June - 305 MWH

But, since begin July after Singapore introduce cap price, the wholesale electricity price had tumbling to half to only 167.5 Mwh, and these trend lower wholesale price is still remain in Aug 2023

The tin smelting segment recorded a profit before tax of RM21.6 million in 2Q 2023 as compared
with RM33.2 million in 1Q 2023. This was mainly due to lower sales quantity of refined tin in 2Q 2023
as a result of the planned annual shutdown and maintenance of the TSL furnace at Pulau Indah that
commenced beginning of June 2023.

There was sign of cheating by PAS on Kuala Terengganu parliamentary seat.
Some scandal of Menteri Besar of Terengganu sold land cheap to his related party.
These news may swing the votes in favour of PH and BN.

If PN win big in these 6-state elections, I think the foreign investors will not come back to invest in Malaysia being the stock market or other big industries.
Listen to PH ceramah, you should know that billions of investments will pour into Malaysia especially Chinese, Arab, German, Brunei, USA and also Singaporean.

My target price for WCEHB is 3.5. No change. Just buy and keep for few years.

Assume construction cost of WCE = 8.06 billion
No of share issued = 2.988 billion
The share price = 8.06/2.988 = 2.70
The share price at 3.50, you should keep for very long period loh.
