Bread Pakora: Some snacks are worth the calories

An interesting treat that’s as easy as making a sandwich. (YouTube pic)
You exercise, eat healthy and sleep right. Yet, there are those days when only a delicious, deep-fried snack can do the trick of lifting you out of a bad mood.

So, stop beating yourself up about how many calories you’re consuming and just whip-up a batch of these super scrumptious snacks rightaway. You know you’ll work it off in no time!

Ingredients—>
4 slices of white bread
4 teaspoons green chutney

Stuffing—>
2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 green chilli, finely chopped
2.5 cm ginger, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
2 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1/4 tsp salt

Batter—>
100 g gram flour
2 tablespoons rice flour
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of baking soda
120 ml water

Method—>
In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, green chilli, ginger, coriander, chilli powder and chaat masala and set aside.
Combine all the ingredients for the batter and set aside.
Spread one teaspoon of green chutney over the bread and cut the slice in half.
Spread a tablespoon of stuffing over the half slice of bread, cover with the other and dip into the batter.
Deep-fry immediately in hot oil on medium heat for five or six minutes until the pakora turns golden and crisp.
Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.

So, back to the 1st question – whether the speaker has the power within the boundary of the laws or convention to speed up the debate of a private member motion of no confidence in the Dewan Rakyat.

The answer is, quite obviously, no. The speaker has no power to move about businesses out of the regular order. It would be illegal for the speaker to do so when the law is expressed and clear, regardless of whatever power the speaker has in interpreting the law as it is. In this matter, the law is clear and it neither necessitates nor affords any room for interpretation.

When a piece of law expressly sets out a legal position, that law must be enforced. That would leave out any room for the exercise of discretion. Any exercise of “discretion” in the face of a contrary or prohibitive legal proposition would be ultra vires the law. It would be an abuse. Or an illegality.

The obvious way out of this is for any MP who would like to move a no confidence vote to convince a minister to move the House to proceed with such motion ahead of any other business. This may sound odd. But that is the only way out under our law presently.

As I had pointed out in my media statement, this is not unique to Malaysia.

Any price below RM0.70 is a good buy for Solution.
Next week my group will proof the Solution power.
Afer mid October there won't be anymore cheap offer.
Recently my group buy Esceram for any price below RM1.03
Friday it close at 1.16
As long you are not a contra or day trader there is nothing to be concern of on the price volatility. Have faith on the company you invest.

I wonder, If the cases keep increasing. Will Malaysia enforce to use of emergency vaccine which has been develop by China. Perhaps China is using it now. Since China has announced to work with Malaysia with the vaccine two days ago.

Because, i think Malaysia does not afford to have complete MCO 2.0.

So in order to have MCO 2.0, Will Malaysia consider the use of vaccine.

So far China vaccine looks promising result and with the cost afforably.
