Considering PE at 34, DY at 2.7 and ROE at 0.2, all at its historical worst, I would rather wait to buy this share at a much lower price.

These people have a special skill in turnaround management. Give them a good cash-rich company and they will turn it around into a debt-ridden sick one. Its only the company that will be sick not the ones who run it.
